There are no refunds. All sales are final.

While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests for this tour must be submitted a minimum of 22 DAYS prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. A $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date.

This tour does not operate on Thanksgiving Day.

You will be picked up at your hotel (only if staying at a hotel between 23rd and 74th streets) and transported to the airport. If you are not staying at a hotel in that area, a meeting location will be assigned for your pickup and transportation to that location will be your responsibility. The flight from New York City to Buffalo is approximately one hour. Your guide will meet you upon arrival in Buffalo, and you will be transported to Niagara Falls by private bus. After lunch and your tour, you will be transported back to the Buffalo Airport for your return flight to New York. You will be returned to your original pickup location.

This tour includes the following:

Roundtrip airfare between New York and Buffalo
Local transfers in Manhattan to and from the airport (from hotels between 23rd and 74th Streets)
Half-day guided tour of Niagara Falls from the Canadian and American sides
Maid of the Mist Boat Ride (May to October) or Scenic Tunnels Tour (November to April)
Buffet lunch at a panoramic restaurant overlooking the Falls

The Maid of the Mist Boat Ride is available from May to October. A Scenic Tunnels tour replaces the Maid of the Mist from November through April.

US-Canada Border Crossing Information
~U.S. and Canadian citizens ages 19 and older must present a passport for travel across the US-Canada border. Children ages 18 and under are required to present proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate - passports, of course, are also acceptable.
~If one parent is traveling with a minor child without the other parent, they must also have a notarized letter from the absent parent stating approval for the one parent to travel across the US-Canada border with the child.
~Passports and I-94 cards (multiple entrance Visas) are required for all other International travelers.
~Passengers without proper documentation may still book this tour. However, they must remain on the US side of the Falls. This time will be on their own (no tour guide or escort). They will still view the Falls, receive tickets for Maid of the Mist or Scenic Tunnels, all from the US side. Lunch money will be provided. The tour guide will make arrangements directly with the passengers for the return airport transfer pick-up.

This tour departs between 4:45 am to 9:30 am depending on flight available; not available Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day. Return to New York between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm depending upon the flight schedule.
