Length: 30 minutes
Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - every 40 minutes
-Tuesday through Sunday
-Also 4:40 pm and 5:20 pm departures from March through October
Must check in at the Seaplane Base 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time
Summary: THIS TOUR MUST BE BOOKED A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Tour does not include hotel pickup or drop-off, but pre-arranged round-trip shuttle service to the Seaplane Base may be available for $20.00 per person, payable the day of the tour. Information about ordering the shuttle will be included on your E-Ticket. PLEASE NOTE: NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE TO A SEAPLANE RESERVATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE TOUR DATE. Price is per person and includes tax. There is no child discount. Minimum number of passengers per flight is 2. Maximum number of passengers per flight is 3, including children. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I wear?
~Cool and comfortable clothing is best as we embark and land at our beachfront base. Wear shoes you don't mind walking on sand and possibly getting wet. Bring along a pair of sunglasses.
Can I bring a camera on board?
~Absolutely! You'll get amazing photos. No professional equipment is allowed on board.
What is the weight limit?
~Maximum weight is 250 pounds per passenger.
How many people can fly on the aircraft?
~In addition to the pilot, there is room for three passengers. Children may not sit on an adult's lap. Booster seats are available.
Can I sit in the co-pilot seat?
~The pilot will consider your request, but he makes the ultimate decision of who will be seated in the co-pilot seat, based on weight and balance of the aircraft.
Will I get a window seat?
~Each passenger gets a window seat and a headset connected to an intercom system.
Will I get airsick?
~It does happen. If you are prone to motion sickness, you should take whatever measure you normally take to combat it. In the event you do get sick, we do have air sickness bags in the airplanes and the pilot will make you aware of their location.
Are tours available in a language other than English?
~We can provide the tour in Spanish. A minimum of 4 days' advance notice is required.
Are gratuities for the pilot/guide included in the prices?
~No, gratuities are not included. They are optional, at your discretion.

~ All passengers must present a valid photo ID.
~ This tour must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance (4 days in advance for Spanish language tour)
~ No changes may be made to a Seaplane reservation within 7 days of the tour date
~ Tour does not operate on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day
~ All passengers must sign a liability waiver to participate on this tour - parent or guardian must sign for any minor child
~ This tour departs from Key Biscayne (address and directions provided on your E-Ticket)
