If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

We are located at the world-famous Van Nuys Airport, where many movie stars and business moguls keep their own airplanes, and a popular film location.

Air Tour: approximately 50 minutes; Arrive at airport about 1 hour before Sunset. Since the exact hour of Sunset will differ from month to month during the year, customer must call to confirm the best arrival time.

~ Children under 2 may travel free of charge, but you must provide a child seat for safety.
~ Pregnant women should check with their doctor; flight is not prohibited for pregnant women, but you take the flight at your own risk.
~ Changes within 48 hours of departure on day tours are not allowed.
~ Changes within 72 hours of departure on evening tours are not allowed.
~ You MUST reconfirm your reservations a minimum of 24 to 48 hours prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in a loss of your seat, and there will be no refund. All non-confirmed reservations are subject to cancellation.
